The right care for shower toilets

To clean your shower toilet, you need a soft sponge or cloth, water and a gentle cleaning agent. Neutral pH cleaning agents are the best choice here. Avoid aggressive cleaning agents, as these can damage the surface. Wipe the toilet seat with a soft cloth or sponge and a mild soap solution, then rinse with clean water and make sure to dry all surfaces and hinges thoroughly.

The shower arm of the shower toilet cleans itself on many shower toilet models. If necessary, you can extend the shower arm manually and clean it with a soft cloth and fresh water.

To counteract limescale, regular cleaning is the be-all and end-all. If limescale does build up on your shower toilet, use a commercially available descaler. First test it on a less obvious area to ensure that it is compatible with the material. You can then remove the limescale according to the manufacturer's instructions.
