Test report 6: Convinced by the Hygiene Champion!

We have only noticed positive things. Its main advantages include a timeless design, its ease of cleaning and improved hygiene. What’s especially great is that the WC is quick and easy to clean.
One improvement that could be made is to make the lid flatter. We would have no reservations at all in recommending the Hygiene Champion, it is a worthwhile enhancement to the bathroom.
Our contact with Villeroy&Boch was extremely pleasant and helpful. Testing the new Hygiene Champion has been very informative and we had lots of fun!
Test report 5: The Hygiene Champion has increased our sense of well-being!

I feel a lot more comfortable when it comes to WC hygiene than before. Thanks to the Hygiene Champion I no longer need to worry if we suddenly have guests and they want to use the WC. Our new WC is always hygienically clean. I used to have to clean it more often. A great advantage of the Hygiene Champion is the low consumption of cleaning agents – a small amount of all-purpose cleaner is enough. That gives me an extra good feeling because it protects the environment. The general feeling of hygiene is much greater.
Test report 4: Friends and relatives show great interest

Our friends and relatives were quite amazed when we presented the hygiene champion WC. They were very interested to hear which advantages the hygiene champ has compared to their own WC. The AntiBac and CeramicPlus coatings help to reduce the cleaning time to a minimum. The rimless design of the DirectFlush system found great approval, as it ensures thorough cleanliness in the WC. The old WC frequently had deposits underneath the flushing rim. This is no longer the case with the new Subway 2.0 with DirectFlush.
The removable lid with Quick Release and Soft Closing functions is also impressive The hygiene champ's biggest advantages are its ease of cleaning and hygiene. The most frequent question was how much time it takes to clean it compared with the old WC. The answer: About a third. Friends and relatives often complain that it takes quite a long time to clean their WC because they can't remove the WC seat and deposits can easily form on the ceramic. If they all had a hygiene champ WC, they would no longer have any worries.
By buying new WC, they would be opting for good quality, an attractive appearance, ease of cleaning and hygiene.
Test report 3: The good feeling of having a hygienically clean WC

I am taking a critical look at the dirt-repellent CeramicPlus surface of the hygiene champ. When you pour the blue test liquid into the WC, it beads off the surface without leaving any marks. This anti-adhesion effect means that dirt and bacteria cannot stick to the surface anywhere. This is not the case when carrying out the liquid test on the old WC. When the test liquid is poured in, several big spots form where the liquid accumulates and does not want to flow away. It is thus discernible where there are adhesions. The old WC requires a much greater cleaning effort because there is no dirt-repellent surface coating.
Our conclusion: Cleaning the hygiene champ WC requires far less effort and one has the good feeling of having a hygienically clean WC.
Thanks to the Quick Release function, the seat can be easily taken off. The hygiene champ can thus be cleaned even quicker and even in places that are hard to reach. This also applies to the seat itself. All spots can be reached without any problems, which is not the case on conventional WC seats (especially at the hinges). Removing and fitting the WC seat functions perfectly. The mounting bolts on Subway 2.0 for the Soft Close WC seat make a very sturdy impression and once the lid is fitted, the WC and lid form a massive, sturdy unit. Nothing wobbles when it is open or closed.
Our conclusion: The WC seat is very solidly and functionally designed.
The hygiene champ WC also has a DirectFlush function, which flushes the entire inside of the bowl with water. I could witness this spectacle again when flushing after the test with the blue liquid. The inside of the bowl was flushed clean in next to no time. Cleaning is quick and effortless as nothing remains in the bowl after flushing. In addition, I noticed that no drops of water splashed out of the bowl. Our conclusion at this point: The DirectFlush function helps keep our hygiene champ clean with minimum effort. It's great that something like this exists!
Finally, all that is left to be said is: Thumbs up for functionality!
Test report 2: The ease of cleaning has absolutely won me over!

Using the special brush to clean the old WC removed a lot of deposits from under the rim. I cannot say for sure whether the brush was able to get rid of all the dirt and build-up because the old WC had simply too many difficult-to-reach corners. This is different with the Hygiene Champion. Here you can wipe all the way round with a sponge cloth and the WC is clean. There are no awkward corners for deposits to accumulate. I checked it with a white glove and am overwhelmed. It's all clean! The water flowing around the entire interior of the DirectFlush WC ensures everything is flushed away perfectly.
Cleaning my old WC does not simply require the use of a WC brush and a cloth, I also need a WC cleaner and a scrubbing brush to get into all the corners. This is very time consuming and the annoying need to scrub right into the last corner with the brush is definitely not fun. The most prominent corners for deposits are at the rear to the left and right of the water inlet and at the front below the rim!
The time required for an old WC can easily take 7 – 9 minutes. Cleaning the Subway 2.0 DirectFlush needed only a fraction of the time, about 2 - 3 minutes! This means you’re finished three times as quick. The rimless WC needs considerably less cleaning because there are no problem areas such as the front rim A cleaning detergent and a sponge cloth are the only things you need to clean the Hygiene Champion. The other tools remain unused.
Overall, I can only say: The ease of cleaning has absolutely won me over!
Test report 1: Looks great and is comfortable

My first impression was very positive: The hygiene champ toilet leaves a thorough impression of high quality. The flawless design is seductive. Compared to the old toilet, I really like the look with its smooth sides. The new toilet looks more perfect and more rounded. The toilet has a timeless form blending in perfectly with the other bathroom fixtures. I wanted to replace the old toilet to make the bathroom more hygienic. I wanted easy cleaning, better hygiene and possibly lower water consumption.
The new toilet seat really lives up to its name. A light tap is all that is needed and it will close silently. A comfort, you do not want to do without. The seat is solid with good workmanship and I feel much safer compared to normal toilet seats. I would even be willing to stand on it when closed to take something off a shelf. The warm and smooth surface of the seat is very comfortable. Convenient and comfortable sitting rounds off the overall impression of the toilet seat.
I found the installation quick and easy and it was over in almost no time. The plumber had taken out the old toilet and installed the new one in about an hour. He was very nice, friendly and extremely competent. I was very satisfied and would recommend him to anyone.
Those are my first and extremely positive impressions.
